Terminal located on the Aguadulce Peninsula (SPIA) in Buenaventura. It is the most modern terminal in the Pacific, due to its mechanized system for the loading of coal and the unloading of food bulks. It has the capacity to receive ships of up to 80,000 tons and has a depth of 15 meters at low tide.
It has a 21,5 Km highway that connects the terminal with the road leading from Buenaventura to Cali, which is why there is no need to enter the urban areas of the district.
